 | I had a leaking washing machine and found Prestige Appliance after doing a Yelp search. Sam showed within his 2 hour window and quickly diagnosed the problem (leaking bellow). He did not have the part on him so he had to have it ordered. He assured me that he would get the part the next day and have it installed within 2 days. Exactly right. Called us when he got the part and put it in in no time. I was charged for the part in addition to the $135 service fee. Seemed a bit expensive but these days with service so rare and poor, I don't mind paying a bit extra. Throughout Sam's visit, I peppered him with questions regarding our laundry machine as this is a new machine to us (exisitng in the house we purchased).  | My 12 year old Miele washing machine crashed. A&A on Folsom Blvd recommended Prestige. We called, got an appointment and crossed fingers that it could be saved. Prestige is a family business and the son Sam came out. After about 4-5 minutes, he knew what the problem was, had the part with him, changed it out and my machine was running like new.
